Dave Cho left managing his family’s restaurant in southern California in 2014 to begin his studies of enology & viticulture at Oregon State University and to pursue a career in winemaking. He is currently spending his sixth harvest as an Enologist at Duck Pond Cellars in Dundee, Oregon. In the long term, he hopes to one day own a winery of his own.
Lois Cho, Dave’s wife, is a loyal supporter of the dream and works as a family nurse practitioner. She enjoys food, travel, and blogging, when time allows with their three children.
